Geoffrey Ulysses Geissinger (he/him/his) is a San Diego-based theatre artist and aspiring ghost who earned his BA in Theatre Performance and Theatre Studies from Saint Mary’s College of California, including a semester spent training at Queen Mary University of London's Drama School and performing in a collaborative production of Irene at Dr. Johnson’s House, the play’s first public performance since 1749. Recently, he's enjoyed working with theatre companies like Cygnet, The Old Globe, North Coast Rep, New Fortune, Loud Fridge, Backyard Renaissance, Trinity, SoulKiss, OnWord, Thunder Bay, Write Out Loud, and OnStage Playhouse. A JF Kennedy Center trained Teaching Artist (Effective Residency and Lesson Planning), she has been blessed to to work locally at Scripps Ranch Theatre, Cygnet Theatre, Moxie Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse and Diversionary Theatre. She currently serves as Producing Artistic Director and Education Coordinator at OnWord Theatre.
